I help companies get clear on product, strategy and new ways of working. Through analysis and involvement of employees and users I help formulate strategy or guide product development. I plan, consult and facilitate the processes needed and always work to ensure that implementation and execution is build in from the beginning.
I have extensive experience assisting companies in creating more value and becoming more relevant to their customers. I excel in facilitating processes that place the user/customer at the center of product development.
I create bespoke solutions for every client and situation. While I possess a toolbox filled with tried and tested methods and models, I am primarily a pragmatist. I have found that the ability to adapt and tailor to each situation and context is what drives success – the most important thing is that it works.

Technical University of Denmark – DTU / InnoMission | Facilitation and Process Leadership
In collaboration with DTU, I prepared and organised a process that laid the foundation for the initiation of an InnoMission consortium – a collaboration among the country’s universities and several major companies with different interests. I facilitated the process that ensured that the 18 participants reached agreement on governance models, managing potential conflicts of interest, financial models, and the establishment of a board.. Despite time constraints, conflicts of interest, and high complexity, the process was successfully carried out, leading to DTU becoming a satisfied and recurring client of Ugilic.
“We are extremely satisfied with Sidse’s work as the facilitator of our kickoff workshop. Sidse’s approach is professional, thorough, and competent. She tackles challenges with a smile and a clear overview, authority, and precision. The task was complex, but Sidse flawlessly completed it.” – Karina Marie Søgaard, Partnership Leader, INNO-CCUS
Danish National Broadcaster – DR | User-Centered Product Development
I structured and facilitated the initial work on the development of DR’s new streaming service, DRTV. This included a strong focus on placing the user at the center, needs assessment, interdisciplinary processes across technological development, content areas, and publishing areas. We worked with Google Design Sprint, Lean UX, prototyping, early validation, and testing. This process played a crucial role in understanding what a new DRTV service should offer and also pushed the understanding of conducting development work with the end-user in focus and having the right people in the room from the start, regardless of their position within the organisation. It became one of the pioneering projects in DR to work more systematically with user insights, prototypes, and testing.
Nationalmuseet | Customised Innovation Model for Customers
I developed and implemented a model for Nationalmuseet (the National Museum of Denmark) to professionalize their development work and systematically understand and address their users’ needs. The model also aimed to foster a culture of innovation among employees. The approach was based on design thinking and Google Ventures design sprints, which increased interdisciplinary collaboration. My work included sketching their organizational innovation model through pilot sprints, conducting courses for leaders and key individuals, providing training and support to internal facilitators, and developing variations of sprints tailored to Nationalmuseet’s specific needs.
